I had an awesome kickbutt 43 minute full body workout session and I am dripping with sweat oh yeah. I did machine leg press, abductor and adductor machines, calf raises using the machine leg press, machine back row, machine chest press, machine incline chest press, machine lateral raise, machine shoulder press, machine lat pull downs, machine back extention, and hammer strength hack sqauts (light weight 3 sets 12 to 20 reps). To be a champion you must train like a champion. To be a warrior you must train like a warrior. To be a fighter you must train like a fighter. I feel absolutely awesome and I love fitness, nutrition, volleyball and taekwondo. If I can do it anyone can. Stay tuned and game on 😉 💪 👊 👍

I had an awesome kickbutt 40 minute full body workout session and I am dripping with sweat oh yeah. I did machine leg press, abductor and adductor machines, calf raises using the machine leg press, cable back row, machine cable chest press, machine peculiar fly, dumbbell frontal raise, hammer strength shoulder shrugs, cable back hi row, machine back extention, and cable sqauts (light weight 3 sets 10 to 20 reps). To be a champion you must train like a champion. To be a warrior you must train like a warrior. To be a fighter you must train like a fighter. I feel absolutely awesome and I love fitness, nutrition, volleyball and taekwondo. If I can do it anyone can. Stay tuned and game on 😉 💪 👊 👍

I did machine leg press, abductor and adductor machines, calf raises using the machine leg press, machine rear deltiod, machine chest press, machine incline chest press, machine lateral raise, machine shoulder press, machine lat pull downs, machine back extention, and hammer strength hack sqauts (light weight 3 sets 12 to 20 reps). To be a champion you must train like a champion. To be a warrior you must train like a warrior. To be a fighter you must train like a fighter. I did machine leg press, abductor and adductor machines, calf raises using the machine leg press, cable face pulls, hammer strength chest press, machine peculiar fly, plate frontal raise, hammer strength shoulder shrugs, standing cable back row, machine back extention, and TRX sqauts (light weight 3 sets 12 to 20 reps).
