Holistic Chef Summer Come learn with me as I forge forward towards wellness I have always researched health and wellness but felt like I was missing a piece.

The Holistic Chef program fell into my lap. I not only wanted to learn about Holistic Nutrition but I wanted to know how to prepare it. My husband and I both have autoimmune diseases and I wanted to try and heal our bodies from the inside out. I look forward to doing this through food. I hope to take the knowledge and the trials I will go through and push them out to help others heal themselves.

Just wanted to share a favorite summer recipe.
I take 1 light fruit yogurt and mix it with light cool whip. It makes a low calorie delicious fruit dip

Next week is my last week of CLX. I can't wait to weigh, measure, and take pics!!!!! On a side note doing burn it off and turbofire greatest Hiits will leave you sweating like you never have before

I have been doing Chalean Extreme for two weeks and am down 4lbs and am really starting to show definition in my arms and legs. The belly will take the longest but in the end it will have all been worth it.

When I first started lifting I gained 3/4lbs. It was initially devastating to see the scale go up even though I was shrinking. Now that I have restarted and have tried really hard to be on point with my diet the scale is flying down!! I have lost 2lbs of the gain and it keeps on coming!!! don't give up people listen to your body cause it will tell you when you get dressed or put on that no longer tight wedding band that you are doing it!!! you are making progress and progress should be celebrated

I can walk today!!!! woohooo LOL also I did my food for the day and exercise and it is awesome. Being away from my family and sticking to our strict budget plus having all bad snacks being those I can't eat is making my diet on point!! Looking forward to my work out tonight but so thankful tomorrow is my rest day cause I am sure the soreness I don't feel today will be here tomorrow

Our move to AZ was so easy but once we got here chaos ensued. We were in an unlivable house and had to find a new one right away and then get our money back. We did it and tonight we are finally settled in enough for me to re-start Chalean Extreme. Life might throw gigantic curve balls but YOU just have to pick your self up and keep on keeping on

It is amazing what you can push through once you put your mind to working out. It would be beyond easy to be like "oh I can't work out I had a migraine earlier" but no I am no longer making excuses!!!!!! I worked out tonight I pushed through to finish my 45mins. I did and I did it with heavier weights goooooooooooooooooooooo me!!!!!!!!!! If you want to know how you can do it too just let me know and we will get you on your journey to a healthier, happier you!

My page will be a little quiet for the next week. We are in the last 7 days before we move~!!!! I am keeping up on my workouts and using a blender shaker for my Shakeology and it is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I highly recommend getting one
