This morning’s celebration looks like a French Toast Slam at Denny’s because last night I gave my very first official Headache Healer session… and it was straight up magical.

My client came in with a severe headache that had lasted for several weeks. She had been to the doctor, had bloodwork done, and had been rotating Tylenol and Advil with little to no relief. Nothing was touching it.

We started with the cooled eye mask, and as I began working her neck and shoulders, I could feel how tight and guarded her body was.
