We happily serve our Evergreen Park community as well as surrounding Chicago-land communities such as: Oak Lawn, Beverly, Mt. Unlike other immediate care centers and urgent care clinics, at Evergreen Care Center our doctors are committed to treat you like a person, not a number. Our goal is to assure that every member of your family will see a well trained and experienced doctor whenever the need arises, 7 days a week. Come to see us for any illness or injury, and you can follow up with us in our primary care clinic, Park Primary Care, located on site. Services:
Sports Injuries, Work Injuries, Lacerations, Abscesses, Coughs and Bronchitis, Earaches and Sinus Infections, Sore Throats, Abrasions and Minor Burns, Wounds Requiring Stitching, Suture Removal, Joint Injections, Fracture/Sprains, Cast Check, Drug Testing, Allergic Reactions, Mild Asthma Attack, Flu Shots, TB tests, Vitamin B12 Shots, School and Work physicals, X-Ray & Lab Facilities On Site, Follow Up Exams, Urinary Tract Infections, Removal of Warts, Moles, and Skin Tags, Muscle Strains, Diarrhea, Dizziness, Rashes, Pink Eye, Migraine Treatment

From bold swirls to groovy patterns, Tie-Dye Day was the perfect way to wrap up a week full of spirit, fun, and gratitude for 22 incredible years on 9/22! 🩺
