Here’s what I invite you to practice today.. Pause & Breathe on Purpose. Give yourself 60 seconds to return to your body. Slow, intentional breathing signals the nervous system that you are safe.

Check in With Your Emotional Body Ask yourself: What am I carrying right now? Naming your emotions is the first step to regulating them.

Move Gently.. Whether it’s 5 minutes of mindful stretching or a grounding yoga pose—movement helps energy settle and stress soften.
