Back to work this week after a procedure, but I certainly took no prisoners on the meal prep front. Now that I can breathe (deviated septum, bone spur, and retention cyst were all blocking up and inflaming my face) I’m eager to get right back to my wellness goals. That means fueling recovery, expansion, and baselines for TDEE, RMR, and NEAT. Grateful to be working with on those numbers. What’s your go to meal prep? I love grilled/roasted proteins, lots of veggies, and complex carbs.
