This Patient presented with multiple issues, broken down front teeth, missing lower right & upper left molars & a very traumatic bite. Through multi disciplinary approach in conjunction with an orthodontist, we corrected the bite somewhat but due to patients age & bone quality, the orthodontist couldn’t move the anterior teeth anymore. So at phase 2 we decided to start restoring his posterior function, 2 implants were placed on upper left & also on lower right. While implants were healing, we went ahead with restoring his smile by doing crowns on his upper & lower front teeth. Today we final restored his function by restoring all 4 implants. I remember when we did the first did the consult, patients wish was being able to smile confidently especially during his daughter’s wedding next year & also being able to eat without restrictions. He was truly appreciative of the results achieved although it was a long & tedious journey.
