The pain and discomfort we accumulate through life is a combination of structural, visceral, and emotional restrictions. In my holistic practice, I’ve found that an integrated approach of movement training and manual therapy not only relieves physical pain but also the emotional barriers that hold us back. Because the course of treatment is such a personalized and interactive experience, we’ll start with a full assessment session to plan your path to healing. Throughout the process, you’ll awaken the stronger, freer version of yourself, and that in itself is an exciting experience. I look forward to learning more about you and helping you lead a more authentic life.
