Whether you’re documenting small victories or meaningful keepsakes, here are a few tips to help you get started:

✨ Start with the basics: birth details like weight, length, and gestational age.
✨ Record big and small milestones, every step forward matters.
✨ Include photos (if permitted), notes, and keepsakes like ID bands or footprints.
✨ Journal your thoughts or write letters to your baby throughout the journey.
✨ Celebrate the care team who supports your family each day.
✨ Choose a format that feels right: digital, handmade, or printed.

Meet Linda G. Tribble, MD! Dr. Tribble is a double board-certified and fellowship-trained Neonatologist who has a professional interests in necrotizing enterocolitis following red blood cells transfusions and neonatal nutrition. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. When not at work, Dr. Tribble is busy filling her role at home as a wife and mother. Her family is active in their church, and she greatly enjoys singing in their choir.
