Mosaic Friends Mosaic Virginia is a gospel-centered, pro-life ministry serving women and men facing unexpected pregnancies with free services, housing, and hope in Christ.

Every Life. Every Heart. Every Time. Sanctity of Life Ministries provides free and confidential services to women who find themselves in an unplanned pregnancy. Our services include pregnancy tests, limited ultrasounds, STI testing, advocacy, and post abortion care. We also offer an "Earn While You Learn" program where pregnant clients can take classes to earn "baby dollars" that they can use to "shop" for brand new baby items in our boutique.

January was a beautiful reminder of why we do this work 🤍

During Sanctity of Human Life Month, we had the privilege of being present in so many churches across our community, sharing about life, hope, and the families we serve every day. From Sunday tables to prayer moments to new friendships, each conversation mattered. Each church partnership mattered. And every step together helps protect and celebrate the gift of life.

We know the snow is beautiful, but we are also feeling the cabin fever! ❄️ More importantly, as we observe Sanctity of Human Life Month, we are lifting up our Mosaic family in prayer. We are asking the Lord for clear roads and safe travels so we can all gather in our churches this Sunday to celebrate the gift of life.

Abortion is easier to access than ever, and women and men facing unplanned pregnancies are often left without support, truth, or hope. Mosaic exists to be a safe place—saving babies’ lives and reaching souls for Christ through compassionate, life-affirming care.

Closing the year with our last GPS class of 2025 🤍
From our Baby Boutique, *Cecilia chose clothes for her baby with excitement as she prepares to meet her little one. She also chose the most important gift of all—a Bible—so her baby can grow up knowing the love of God. She was grateful to bring these gifts home for her baby at no cost to her.
Through these classes, the Lord works deeply in hearts and strengthens moms and dads for their God-given calling.
We can’t wait to meet more Mosaic babies this 2026, all for His glory!

Our Story

Sanctity of Life Ministries provides free and confidential services to women who find themselves in an unplanned pregnancy, through Nova Pregnancy Help Center of Fairfax and Nova Pregnancy Help Center of Alexandria. Our services include pregnancy tests, limited ultrasounds, medical consultations. client advocacy, and post-abortion care. We also offer an "Earn While You Learn" program where pregnant clients can take classes to earn "baby dollars" that they can use to "shop" for brand new baby items in our boutique. They are also matched with a mentor who can assist them throughout the pregnancy and few months after the baby is born.
