Lori Landin (pronounced Lundeen) is originally from Kansas, but currently resides in California. She is a Board Certified Health Coach, a Certified Essential Oil Coach, a Life & Business Coach, an Educator, Marketer, Author, and Owner of 1st Essentials For Life. Lori is also an Educator, Director, Conductor, and Performer. She has a Master Degree in Music Conducting and has spent many years in the Educational Field as a Teacher/Director of Music and Theatre. Though she has now stepped out of her full-time career as a Music and Theatre teacher, she still Conducts, Performs, and Directs around the Bay Area and Northern California. Lori became a Health Coach to not only improve her own health, but to fulfill her desire to help others find their path to healthier living. She, herself, has overcome major health challenges through nutrition, lifestyle changes, healthy habits, and the use of essential oils and herbs. She educates, encourages, enlightens, motivates, and empowers others to find their path to healthy living, ideal weight, and optimal health & well-being. Lori enjoys learning, travelling, scenic places, plants, paintings/landscapes, photography, music, theatre, natural healing, essential oils, yoga, animals, technology, and LIFE! She is grateful for the many amazing opportunities, life experiences, and miracles that have taken place in her life which have led her to this opportunity of sharing what she has learned and experienced with others. Lori is a daughter, a sister, a wife, a mother, an aunt, a grandmother, and a great-grandmother. Together, Lori and her husband, Ray, have 9 children, 19 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
