Yesterday, my team surprised me with the coolest birthday cake ever. Seriously, it was such a thoughtful gesture, and I’m feeling so lucky to have them. Of course, I recognized the x-ray on the cake immediately even though I finished that case over two years ago. I’ve done a ton of these, but some just stick with you, and this one was definitely unique.

And since I’ve been meaning to get back to posting, so this feels like a great way to restart!

I love when I get to do a full arch case in a shade other than A1 or B1.
It’s actually very uncommon in my practice. After A1 and B1, I do a fair amount of OM1. I’ve done a few A2s. This is my first C2. My patient wanted her teeth to look as natural and possible. She chose C2. I am thrilled with the outcome. And the importantly, so was she!
