I lead The Italy Retreat For Women to Live La Dolce Vita, the sweet life, each September on the Italian Riviera and Tuscany. For the past 20 years, I have enjoyed being a Speaker, Coach, Mentor, Workshop Leader and Purveyor of Possibilities. My life's work has been focused on teaching self-improvement workshops on marriage, parenting, happiness, & limiting beliefs as a Life Coach & Option Method Trainer in the US and abroad. Jay (in his tie-dyed apron) busy frying peppers, a delicious traditional side dish from Calabria, Italy, and we’re making spaghetti sauce, plus grape jam from my one Concord grapevine that’s 45 years old. Even though the birds ate most of the grapes this year, they left a few for me. Thanks to Cristee for helping me make the jam!
We boiled the grapes for 10 minutes, and then later after we had everything in jars, I read that we need to boil it one minute more per thousand foot elevation, so 5 more minutes. Luckily it still jelled but next time we will boil it longer at 5300 foot elevation.

The many faces of baby Miles during his week at Nonna and Popo’s in Iowa. His first flight but not his last. We love his smiling face and sweet nature. He adores his big brother. And both of our grandsons make everything better.
