Hi friends, we recognize that many in our community are struggling with grief, pain, anxiety, stress and so much more. We also recognize the barriers within our society that leave so many to go without the care and support they need. That’s why we’re opening our doors for a free herbal clinic event—a heartfelt initiative intended to support those who need it most.

Join us for a day of connection, healing, and hope. Led by community herbalist’s Tasha with Bee-Lightful Botanicals and Melissa with Cedar and Moon Apothecary. We are excited to share our knowledge and provide personalized, private, consultations. Whether you’re seeking relief from stress, anxiety, need help with sleep, allergies, hormones, chronic pain, or simply want to know more about how herbs can enhance your well-being, we’re here for you!

We’ll be offering free herbal tinctures, soothing teas, and topical remedies, all crafted to support your journey toward wellness. Although we’re not able to give medical advice or diagnose conditions, we are passionate about sharing the wisdom of nature to uplift our community, especially in these trying times that so many are facing.

This event is open to everyone, no matter what. If you feel moved to contribute or donate, your generosity will help us continue offering support to those in need. These sort of events cost money in packaging, labels, formulation, ingredients, etc. We are simply 2 local ladies who want to help those in our community. Your support means everything and helps make that happen.

Massage has been such a boon in my life.
When I was younger I had no idea what kind of job I wanted, or what direction I wanted to go in life. Massage therapy somehow found me and has been an incredible teacher since then.
It has helped me sharpen my empathy, while teaching me how to ground myself. To let go of other peoples’ “stuff”, while still caring for them. It has taught me how to listen. Not only with my ears, but with my intuition- and it continues to teach me each and every session.
I’m very grateful for massage and the gifts it has given me.

Hello, friends!

It’s been a little while since I’ve been on here.
The beginning of 2025 has been quite a journey. Personally, there has been a lot of change, a lot of hardship, and a lot of growth. And in the world? I honestly have to keep focused on myself and what’s directly around me. There’s just too much.
And that’s one of the more difficult things I’ve been working with myself in; stop focusing on other people and what’s directly around they’re thinking, but focus on myself. How am I handling myself? How am I opening myself up to the situations that arise around me? Keeping myself healthy and peaceful has been my full time job. As soon as I leave this moment to worry about the future I’ve lost it.
Just keep coming back to where you are.

The world changes
Peace remains

A new year has begun. How has everyone been getting on so far?
For me, I like to see each and every moment as a “new year”.
Each new moment brings with it a chance to refresh and renew your mind and body; leading to balance in your life.
Life isn’t about taking out the negative and replacing it with positive. Find the middle ground. You grow the most from difficult situations, yet life would be unbearable if that’s all there was. Life of overindulgence leads to rot and decay.
Enjoy it all. The difficult and the easy.
They each serve a purpose.

Hello! This is Caleb's partner hijacking the page for a bit. 😁
It's Caleb's birthday today! 🥳
It has been wonderful witnessing the growth of his business and how much relief he's been able to provide to the world and its people.
I've watched him continuously learning and growing, working on himself and thus improving the quality of his work. He has such a unique style and cadence, the ability to remain deeply in the present and extend this truth and peace to those around him, including his clients. I hear so much good feedback from people who are able to not only find relief during the session, but carry it on in their lives and continue building themselves up. I think Caleb is so extraordinary in that way - he is doing the inner work that can inspire others to continue their own. And I think this helps the world be a kinder, gentler, more compassionate place. 🥰
A HUGE THANK YOU to every single client, past or present, every supporter, every friend and colleague - you are all the reason he can continue doing good work! Hey, Friends!
I hope things have been going well for you all.
Wanted to pop in with a little update.
Recently have been feeling a big push towards community. Meeting new people with the mindset of helping others for the sake of helping.
It’s been a wondrous, eye-opening experience.
Volunteered at the recent Gulf Coast Fungi Fest, and it was such a brilliant time. All sorts of talks, vendors, and live music, with people who just wanted to share what they had to share.

Also helped with some rubbish clearing with The Peninsula of Mobile. Met some really awesome people, and helped clear up the environment a bit.
Sometimes (often times) the best way to get out of your head is to get into nature!
I pray the coming days are filled with hope and peace.

One of my favorite memories of massage came when I was in massage school. I forget now what we were learning, but after I got back home I had an emotional release of just uncontrollable laughter. I couldn’t stop laughing for absolutely no reason. Massage is funny like that 😁

What’s one of your favorite moments you’ve had in a massage session?
It could be physical relief, emotional release, whatever comes to mind. I’d love to hear it!
