Fear of falling off is one of the biggest reasons women don’t start.

It’s not that they don’t want change.
It’s that they’ve tried before… and don’t want to disappoint themselves again.

The Eat Like You Love Yourself Challenge was built with that fear in mind.

There’s no penalty for imperfection.
No pressure to push beyond your capacity.

Just support, structure, and guidance to help you stay committed, even when things aren’t ideal.

⏰ Enrollment closes tonight.

If you’ve been thinking about joining but hesitating because of fear... this is your gentle nudge.

One of the women who completed a past round of the Eat Like You Love Yourself Challenge shared this 👇🏾

“This challenge wasn’t about perfection. It was about progress, awareness, and treating myself with the care and respect I deserve. Small, consistent choices really do add up.”

That’s the heart of this experience.

Not pressure.
Not extremes.
Not starting over.

Just support, structure, and space to practice consistency with food in a way that fits real life.

If you’ve been wanting that kind of reset, you're in the right place!

You say you love yourself.

But if we’re being honest…
👀 Does your schedule reflect that?
👀 Do your meals reflect that?
👀 Does your self-talk reflect that?

Love isn’t just a feeling.
It’s an action.

And a lot of strong, capable women are unintentionally treating their bodies like an afterthought... because they’re busy taking care of everyone else.

Skipping meals.
Running on fumes.
Promising to “start over” Monday.
Pushing through stress without support.

That’s not failure.
That’s misalignment.

The Eat Like You Love Yourself Challenge isn’t about perfection.
It’s about rebuilding consistency with food and your mindset in a way that actually fits your real life.

So you stop fighting your body and start partnering with it.

Cart closes tomorrow night.

If you’re ready to shift from self-neglect to self-support, comment CHALLENGE and I’ll send you the details. 💜

This isn’t another random weight loss challenge.

Eat Like You Love Yourself was intentionally built around the Eat Clean-ish method — a balanced, flexible approach to eating that prioritizes:
🥗 nourishment without restriction
🥗 flexibility instead of food rules
🥗 consistency over perfection

It’s the same method I used to lose 100+ lbs and maintain it, and the same foundation I teach my private coaching clients.

You get to practice my proven strategy in real time with support... instead of trying to figure it out on your own.

Not every program is for every season. And that’s okay.

The Eat Like You Love Yourself Challenge is designed for women who:
🍏 want to eat better without restriction
🍏 are tired of all-or-nothing cycles
🍏 want consistency that fits real life
🍏 care about long-term weight loss or maintenance

It’s not built on meal plans, fasting schedules, or extremes.
It’s built on learning how to eat in a way you don’t need to escape from.

If you’ve been wondering whether this is for you, this is your clarity.

👉🏾 Comment CHALLENGE if you want the details.

If your body had a report card, which subject would be pulling down your GPA? 👀

A lot of women want A+ results…
but when you zoom out and look at their habits, the math isn't exactly mathing.

Nutrition is all over the place.
Weekends are a wash.
Mentally running on fumes.

I've been there.

When you're stressed or overwhelmed, nutrition feels harder to manage and consistency feel impossible.

That’s not a discipline issue.
That’s a support issue.

Real, lasting change doesn’t come from doing everything perfectly.

It comes from learning how to eat in a way that supports your body and your mind. That's how you stop starting over every time life gets busy or heavy.

It's also why I created the Eat Like You Love Yourself Challenge.

It’s not just about food.

It’s about the mindset that drives how you eat, how you show up, and whether you stay consistent when life starts life-ing.

If you know your nutrition, consistency, and mental health need more support, this is your invitation. 🫶🏾

Comment CHALLENGE and I’ll send you the details.

A lot of women assume “eating better” means restriction.

But sustainable consistency doesn’t come from cutting more out.
It comes from learning how to work with your life... not against it.

That means:
✨ flexibility instead of food rules
✨ balance instead of extremes
✨ progress without pressure

This is the kind of structure that supports both weight loss and maintenance because it’s built for real life, not perfect conditions.

If you’ve ever wanted a different way to approach food (one that doesn’t feel exhausting), stick around. 💜

What if this Valentine’s Day, you said yes to YOURSELF? 💜

Not to another diet.
Not to starting over (again).
Not to rules you already know won’t last.

But to learning a practical, sustainable way to eat
that actually fits your real life.

The Eat Like You Love Yourself Challenge isn’t about perfection or restriction.

It’s about rebuilding trust with food, creating consistency without extremes, and finally having an approach that doesn’t fall apart the moment life gets busy.

Think: Less food noise.
Less guilt.
More clarity.
More confidence.
More “I can actually do this.”

So consider this me popping the question...
Will you join me? 💍

Comment CHALLENGE and I’ll send you the details.

We’ve been taught that consistency means doing it “right” all the time.

But REAL consistency isn’t rigid.
It’s responsive.

It’s knowing how to:
💚 make the next best choice
💚 keep going without guilt
💚 stay connected even when it’s not perfect

That’s the difference between trying to eat better…
and actually sustaining it.

This is the kind of consistency I teach... the kind that leads to long-term weight loss and maintenance.

If this reframed consistency for you, drop a 🔥 in the comments.

Most women don’t “fall off” because they lack discipline.

They fall off because the plan requires constant restraint.

Restriction looks like:
⛔ eliminating the foods you love
⛔ white-knuckling through cravings
⛔ needing “cheat days” to survive

And eventually… your body and brain push back.

That’s not failure.
That’s biology.

Consistency isn’t built by eating less or being stricter.
It’s built by learning how to eat in a way that feels livable.

That’s the conversation we’re starting here.

💾 Save this if it gave you a new perspective.
