Balanced eating doesn’t have to be complicated.
Most women aren’t struggling because they’re eating too much.

This is the framework I come back to again and again:
🍗 Protein
🥦 Veggies
🥔 Carbs
These are the building blocks.
You don’t need all three at every meal.
You just need to understand how to use them in a way that fits your day.
Some meals might be protein + veggies.
Some might be protein + carbs.
Some will include all three.
Eating clean-ish is flexible.
And that’s what makes it sustainable.
You don’t need to get it perfect.
You don’t need to follow a strict plan.
You just need a starting point you can actually use in real life.
