If I waited to rest until life calmed down, I’d still be waiting.

Learning how to pause in the midst of the chaos changed everything for me!

If your cup’s been running low, comment “REFILL” and I’ll DM you something to help you slow down—without guilt or burnout. 💜

You’ve been showing up for everybody... work, family, church, friends.

But somewhere in between the doing and the giving, you disappeared from your own list. 💔

Putting yourself first doesn’t mean you’re neglecting others.
It means you’re honoring the version of you that God created—whole, rested, and at peace.

You can’t pour from an empty cup, sis.
So this is your reminder to refill yours.

If this hit home, drop a 💧 in the comments or share it with another woman who’s been running on fumes.

“Starting fresh” sounds good… until you realize you’ve done it 47 times already. 😮‍💨

Maybe what you need isn’t another restart, but a rhythm that actually fits your life.

Watch my latest reel, "Stop Starting Over" — your reminder to breathe, reset, and move at a pace that works for you. 💜

It's about time I (re)introduce myself! 👋🏾

If you're MY people, don't be shy. Introduce yourself in the comments!

The idea of "locking in" for 90 days sounds good, but let's take a closer look 👀👇🏾

Just like the other restrictive diets and plans you've tried in the past, it's going to end in 1 of 2 ways:

1️⃣ You'll "mess up" at some point between now and the end of the year. The shame will lead to self-sabotage. And you quit altogether. Or...

2️⃣ You'll push yourself to follow all the rules for 3 months, then find that it's not sustainable for your real life. Without a practical plan, you can't build on the momentum you've created.

Both scenarios end with you back at square one, starting over... again.

I was stuck on the weight loss rollercoaster for years. The only thing that helped me stop the cycle of constant restarts was taking a balanced, more flexible approach to my journey.

If you want to learn how to lose weight and keep it off without restriction, perfection, or extremes, follow .cleanish 🍏🍩

I've come too far to turn back now! 🙌🏾

When I was nearly 300-lbs, clothes were like a shield for me. Sure, I wanted to look cute, but the real purpose of the items in my closet was to cover and camouflage the parts of my body that I didn't like.

Flabby arms? Long sleeves to the rescue!
Stomach poking out? *grabs an oversized cardigan*

To be honest, the ONLY reason why I took the "half naked" picture on the left is because the coach I was working with at the time made me. 😮‍💨

Fast forward to today...

I no longer feel the need to hide. Instead of using clothes to conceal my body, I now wear pieces that compliment its shape... without shapewear.

I feel good in my body, comfortable in my clothes, and mentally free. And I'm NEVER going back! 💜

Here's an example of a quick and simple Clean-ish breakfast for sustainable weight loss 👇🏾

🥚 Egg bites w/ peppers & bacon
🍠 Sweet potato hash browns

As a busy wife, mother, and business owner, cooking from scratch everyday simply isn't an option.

But spending $10+ everyday to get crappy food from a drive-thru isn't on my list of things-to-do either.

It took me 30 minutes to make 12 egg bites. Now all I have to do is reheat and eat to have breakfast for the next few days.

The sweet potato hash browns are by Strong Roots and can be found at Whole Foods or Walmart in the freezer section. Just throw them in the air fryer for 20 minutes and you're good to go!

Not only is this meal quick and easy, but it'll also help you reach and maintain your weight loss goals while saving some coins!

You’ve been trying to “discipline” yourself into consistency for years.
But what if you tried compassion instead?

I never knew how hard I was on myself until I started being intentional about practicing self-love.

Once I started treating myself the way I treat the people I care about the most, everything changed.

Self-compassion is the foundation of real consistency.

Giving yourself grace doesn't make you lazy.
It makes you LAST.

💜 What’s one compassionate thing you can do for yourself this week?

I used to think I had a discipline problem.
But it turns out... I actually had a perfectionism problem.

I believed that if I wasn't doing EVERYTHING perfectly, it didn't count.

That mindset had me quitting on myself over and over.

Here's what I can tell you...
You're NOT the problem.
It’s the toxic “all-or-nothing” thinking you developed from past plans that expected you to overhaul your entire life in a week.

You're NOT undisciplined.
You just need to learn how to be more flexible and give yourself grace.
