Merry Christmas, sis. 🎄💜

Whether today feels loud and joyful, quiet and tender, or somewhere in between…

I hope you’re able to pause—just for a moment—and feel surrounded by love.

This season has a way of reminding us how much we’ve been carrying.
How often we’ve pushed through.
How rarely we’ve slowed down long enough to check in with ourselves.

As this year comes to a close, my wish for you is simple:
✨ Grace where you’ve been hard on yourself
✨ Rest where you’ve been carrying more than you let on
✨ Peace that doesn’t depend on everything being perfect

Thank you for being here.
For following along.
For trusting me with pieces of your journey.
It truly means more than I can put into words. 🫶🏾

I’ll be spending some time resting and reflecting, and I’m so grateful for what’s ahead... for all of us.

Here's an example of a quick and simple Clean-ish breakfast for sustainable weight loss 👇🏾

🥚 Egg bites w/ peppers & bacon
🍠 Sweet potato hash browns

As a busy wife, mother, and business owner, cooking from scratch everyday simply isn't an option.

But spending $10+ everyday to get crappy food from a drive-thru isn't on my list of things-to-do either.

It took me 30 minutes to make 12 egg bites. Now all I have to do is reheat and eat to have breakfast for the next few days.

The sweet potato hash browns are by Strong Roots and can be found at Whole Foods or Walmart in the freezer section. Just throw them in the air fryer for 20 minutes and you're good to go!

Not only is this meal quick and easy, but it'll also help you reach and maintain your weight loss goals while saving some coins!

Self-love will take you places that willpower never could 💜

I’ve been overweight for most of my life.
And I’ve tried just about every method, every challenge, every plan that promised quick results.

Sure, I’d lose 10 pounds here... 20 pounds there…
But nothing stuck.

I blamed myself.
🤦🏾‍♀️ Why couldn't I be more disciplined?
🤦🏾‍♀️ Why did I always fall off?

In 2018, I stopped chasing the next diet and started choosing me.

And that decision changed EVERYTHING!

I rebuilt my relationship with food.
I healed my mindset.
I created habits rooted in respect—not punishment.

Since then, I’ve lost over 100 pounds and kept it off for 5+ years.

But the bigger win?
🏆 I finally feel at home in my body.
🏆 I trust myself again.
🏆 I’m not just surviving anymore… I’m thriving!

Not because I finally found the right diet…
But because I finally started treating myself like someone worth showing up for.

And I am.
So are you.

You don’t realize how much you’ve abandoned yourself… until you finally start choosing YOU again. 💔➡️💜

Between being mom, wife, daughter, manager, go-to friend, [insert all the things]… it’s easy to disappear into your roles and convince yourself, “I’m fine. I’ll get to me later.”

But “later” turns into:
👉🏾 running on fumes every week
👉🏾 eating whatever’s left on everyone else’s plate
👉🏾 pushing through headaches, exhaustion, and brain fog
👉🏾 feeling disconnected from your own body

Not because you don’t care… but because you’ve been in survival mode for so long that self-neglect is starting to feel normal.

Sis, you deserve better than “bare minimum me.”
And you don’t have to wait until life slows down to start treating yourself like you matter.

✨ When you prioritize you again, your health, mood, energy, and even your weight loss journey start to shift.
Not from punishment. From care.
