After completing my Level II BodyBreathMind teaching certification last fall, I offered a 4-week pilot class with a group of 15 participants and asked them for honest feedback.

Here's what one of them shared, "Laura has a calm, clear flow in regards to directing participants and regularly checks in to gauge comfort levels. Laura is also open to feedback on how to make this immersive experience more personal for each participant."

I'm now offering a regular 30-minute practice for others to experience this extraordinary practice. Same day, same time, same zoom link every Monday from 12-12:30 pm (EST).
No prior experience is necessary and this simple gentle practice is accessible to all.
