Meet our newest coach, Garrett!!! G-money, G-weezy, G-dawg, Gare-Bear, and most recently, Gucci.

We are so excited to welcome him to this side of the gym. He is truly an incredible human who demonstrates what it is to take care of all aspects of an individual's well-being.

“Hello!  My name is Garrett, aka ‘G’.  I like to think of myself as outgoing, funny, and a joy to be around.  I have a dog and a cat, and I love them dearly.  I love fitness, golfing, and spending time with the people I care about most.
As a coach, fitness has been a passion of mine since I was a young pup.  I love helping people achieve their goals in every part of their life, not just fitness.  I love watching people hit new PR’s and  listening to their passions and their stories.  I can relate to a lot of things and how life can hit you hard sometimes.”

You will be able to catch Garrett coaching in the evening and will be randomly making an appearance in our a.m. class!

Join hypnotherapist Saree Janz with Inner Spark Hypnosis for this 4-week series focused on identifying and releasing sabotaging emotional eating patterns through journaling and group hypnosis.

Each group hypnosis session, you will experience in an aerial silk cocoon!

So freaking proud!!!! We held an in-house mock meet for our humans today. For some, it was their first time being on a platform and obtained a total, and for others it was great practice, and we got to see how STRONG everyone is. I hope you all are as proud of yourselves as your coaches are!
And, of course, a meet cannot happen without volunteers. A huge shout out to everyone that made today happen. .cutta74 and Thank you for filling in those ref spots and being judgy! and Jake John for loading! You guys moved the most weight today. Thank you tonour techie for keeping us plugging along; you did phenomenal! And last, and definitely not least, our incredible announcer . What a talent! Your true calling, man!
