We all have friends and colleagues who work from home and travel (for business or pleasure) and who might enjoy a Zoom workout with us! Please think of others you could help find their way towards stretching and toning their way to better health and viability.

“Barring” no more weather disruptions our normal weekly schedule remains:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays: 10:00am

Monday and Thursday 5:30pm

All classes in studio and Zoom
Full class 1 1/2 hour, and
Half class 45 mins (designate before class)

Who needs to stretch, tone and make muscle?! 🧘‍♀️💪
