I am Allison, Licensed Massage Therapist and owner of Well Kneaded Massage Li. A space I built from the ground up in 2020 with nothing but grit, skill, and a vision to redefine what professional body work feels like.

Over the years of expanded from solo Therapist to Leading a team of talented Lmt’s across two thriving locations on Long Island.
My specialties include Manual lymphatic drainage, postop Manual lymphatic drainage, buccal massage, prenatal and postpartum, body sculpting, and reflexology. and many more to come!

Jen’s treatment philosophy integrates the acute and chronic and considers all aspects of a patient, including physical and emotional status.
