It's been a while so let me reintroduce myself... I am Christina, I’m a Reiki Master and Emotion Code Practitioner in Maine and I help people feel lighter—emotionally and energetically.
My work focuses on releasing trapped emotions (what I like to call emotional baggage) that can get stored in the body and quietly weigh you down. Using the Emotion Code, I gently help clear those blocks without needing to relive or rehash the past. I support these results with Reiki sessions, clearing and balancing the energy system in your body.
The result? More ease, more peace, and a greater sense of calm in your day-to-day life.
If you’ve ever felt like you’ve done “the work” but something still feels stuck underneath—it might just be energy that’s ready to be released. I work virtually as well as in person in Augusta.

Just over here hibernating while it snows yet again in the north east.
I once had someone say to me, animals hibernate so why can't we? And that just gave me this freedom to let the winter be my time to rest and renew. And what better way to spend a snow day then hibernating.
