Day 1: Flush It Out 💧 | Belly Peace Challenge Begins!

Hey my beautiful revolutionaries — it’s Coach Angie, and we’ve kicked off Day 1 of the Belly Peace Reset Challenge.

Today was all about one powerful thing: FLOW and FLUSH IT OUT .

Listen, your belly has been holding on to more than food. It’s been holding on to stress, fear, tension, and the pressure to always have it together. But not anymore.

We started today with warm lemon water + a granule of Celtic salt. Why? Because your body is a temple, and it needs flow — not blockage.

And when we move that water through our system, we invite God’s healing into our gut.

So bless your belly this morning. Say a prayer. Sip slow.
