For over 30 years, we’ve been honored to care for individuals and families in our community through compassionate, patient-centered services — including home health, hospice, and supportive care. Our team is here to walk alongside you with dignity, comfort, and respect, every step of the way.

Our neighbors came from all over San Juan County to help us raise funds for area hospice patients who can not, for various reasons, afford their care.

Many hands made this day possible, from our generous community, our wonderful sponsors, the professional museum staff, to our very own Basin Health Companies staff.

A huge shoutout to Breezin' and Black Velvet for the fantastic entertainment, Clancy's Irish Cantina bar truck for our lovely libations, and the The Salty Chef food truck and Ice Age Frozen Yogurt & Caffeine Bar truck for yummy food and fun beverages!!

For our kids this year, a big thank you to The Moore The Merrier Parties and Events for some fun face-painting!

As always, the venue was beautiful, so a big thank you to Farmington Museums for hosting us!

From great bands to a beer garden on the river, Neighborfest 2025 was a huge success! Thanks to your generosity, we were able to raise over $13,000 to assist hospice patients in need.

Cheers and we will see you all next year!

Tri-City Record recently shared how the Basin Good Neighbor Foundation helps fill the gaps when insurance doesn’t cover everything. Every ticket sold goes directly to the Basin Good Neighbor Foundation, ensuring finances are never a barrier to receiving quality end-of-life care.
