It’s fall break this week in Utah and we’ll be in ST. GEORGE!

We’re so excited to be all week! Here’s a little bit about this awesome event—

The Huntsman World Senior Games are the largest annual multi-sport event in the world for athletes aged 50 and over. The event, which includes over 30 different sports, has taken place for two weeks each October in St. George, Utah, USA for over 30 years. From softball to swimming, from square dance to soccer, The Huntsman World Senior Games offers a world class competition experience.

Stop by if you’re in Southern Utah for event or just for the fall break! We would love to see you!

We will be at not just one but TWO events this weekend! Come see us this weekend!!

The Northern Utah Trailfest (The NUT) is a fall festival for all types of trail users and nature enthusiasts! Free activities include live music, guided hikes, kids activities, naturalist speakers, vendors, food trucks, fireside s’mores, and lots more. Come up to camp for the entire weekend or just spend the day at North Fork Park as trail users of all ages and abilities come together to celebrate the trails!

Join us there on October 6-8th at North Fork Park!

Check out these views.. All from the mountains of Davis County—where Body Kneads first came to be— which is why we are so excited to be a part of this years 🙌🏼

The race was designed by ultra runners who felt Davis County needed a 50 miler and a 50K. With top-tier media, live-streaming and aid accommodations, DC Peaks makes every effort to create the best experience for their runners. And again… you can’t beat the views!

Come see us THIS SATURDAY, October 7 at the finish line. We’ll have free cooling towels, along with alllll the recovery tools and equipment you could ever want.

Tunnel Springs Park in North Salt Lake: 1080 Eaglepoint Drive, North Salt Lake. We’ll be there from Noon to about 8PM!

The World Series of Wake Surfing Championship starts tomorrow and we can’t WAIT to be there. Catch us up at Pineview Thursday, Friday AND Saturday ready for all the fun and all the recovery. 🌊💆🏼‍♂️

Come see us for a free chapstick and stay for a massage, compression machine, ice bath, and many many other pieces of recovery equipment you’ll thank us for later. 🤤
