Today, our team had the honor of donating food to Amazing Grace Food Pantry in Middletown, CT, supporting local families in need during the holiday season.

We are honored to share that our hospice team has officially achieved Level 3 We Honor Veterans recognition. This milestone reflects our continued dedication to providing compassionate, specialized care to the veterans we proudly serve.

Through ongoing education, strengthened community partnerships and meaningful veteran centered initiatives our team remains committed to honoring their service and sacrifice of those who served.

🇺🇸Honoring Veterans Day 2025🇺🇸
Last week, we had the privilege of participating in several meaningful Veterans Day events. We are grateful for the opportunity to honor the brave men and women who have served our country, and we are proud to support our veterans and their families.

Event Highlights:
-Veterans Day Ceremony at Ocean Meadow
-Our volunteer Carl's Veterans Day speech at Windsor Town Hall
-Honoring one of our patients' Navy service and nursing career

It was a week filled with gratitude, remembrance and heartfelt appreciation. Thank you to all who served and continue to serve!❤️

Our team is excited to welcome David as our new executive director! He comes to us from Pennsylvania, where he successfully oversaw Maryland-based home health agencies for more than 10 years. We are glad to have him in Connecticut with us⭐
