We’re excited to announce that Glow is hosting a Food Drive to support our Central New York community!

Join us for a special Community Class with Tatyiana Gordon, with 100% of proceeds benefiting the CNY Food Bank.

🕑 Time: 2:00 PM
💲 Tickets: $20 per person

Until our event, we’ll be collecting nonperishable, unexpired food items at the Glow Juice Bar.

When you drop off your donation, you’ll be entered into our raffle for a chance to win exciting wellness prizes!

1️⃣ 21-Day Yoga Challenge — All Month Long
Commit to your practice this November! Complete 21 days of yoga during the month and get entered into our exciting raffles. Pick up your Yoga Passport at the juice bar and collect a stamp each day you practice!

2️⃣ Inversion Workshop Series with Jeanne May
Session 1: November 9 – Focus on the foundations, crow, side crow, and balance.
Session 2: November 16 – Build on week one and learn to flow into headstand and handstand!
$35 for members | $40 for nonmembers

3️⃣ Donation Class with Taty — November 15 @ 2:00 PM. Join us for a special donation class led by Jen Bartlett for the Food Bank of CNY!
- $20 per person

Our Co-Lead Facilitators, Jen Bartlett and Tami Schneider, recently trained with Baron Baptiste in Nashville, deepening their practice and leadership in preparation for our 2026 200HR Teacher Training.

They explored embodied strength, clarity, focus, and connection—insights they’ll bring to create a powerful and transformative experience for our trainees.
