Deep Health Consulting with Kelly I coach women to break free of inflammatory joint pain, fatigue, GI symptoms and brain fog to achieve optimal health and an abundant life.

I help women over 45 with arthritis and other inflammatory symptoms find lasting relief from joint pain naturally through an individualized anti-inflammatory diet and life style. Together, we add in food and habit that reduce inflammation while eliminating the ones that are causing your symptoms. Change can be hard though. By being fully present with you and understanding your unique needs, I help you take baby steps forward and thrive!

It’s tougher than it looks—mad respect to real gardeners!
The ‘extra’ you add to protect can end up nurturing the most. (Basil nearly took over the tomatoes!)

“Give yourself a fun rule: For every treat you enjoy, do one small healthy habit—drink water, take a walk, stretch, etc. Keep it simple and playful!” 💦🏃‍♀️🧘‍♀️

While you plan for your kid's party, plan for yourself too. Restriction backfires, ladies. Instead of going into Halloween with a ‘no candy’ mentality, plan when and how you’ll enjoy your treats. 🍬🍫

Permission = fewer cravings + better choices.

➡️ Here's a few tips
1. Plan a treat window (like interim fasting) and stop when the window is over.
2. Savor each piece mindfully. No absent minded eating!
3. Get back to normal eating the next day. Throw away remaining candy if it's a temptation!

Have you been to yet? 🌽🍓 This sweet family-run stand in South Fayetteville, GA has fresh, local produce year-round! They’re not certified organic, but they keep pesticides low and prices way better than the grocery store.

Buying closer to home = more nutrients + better flavor 🥬✨

I established Deep Health Consulting in late 2015 to help women who have put their families and responsibilities first for so long, it has taken a toll on their own health and happiness. I support them as they recover from health concerns related to neglect, stress and hormone imbalance. As a health coach, I offer education, goal setting, accountability and, most importantly, encouragement! Throughout the program, My clients are applauded for taking small, steady steps to gradual, long-term transformation.
