Sandhills Therapy Solutions Sandhills Therapy Solutions (STS) is a private evaluation and therapy clinic located in Fayetteville, NC. Above all, STS is family-focused.

Owned and operated by licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Meredith Broughton, STS services families of children with communication and feeding disorders in the clinic, home, and in the community. Sandhills Therapy Solutions provides initial screenings, parent consultations, comprehensive evaluations, scheduled therapy sessions, family counseling and suport, and collaboration with schools, physicians, local and state agencies, and other paraprofessionals. We also believe in addressing the needs of the whole child, not just the disorder. The STS staff includes compassionate therapists that are experienced with a variety of disorders, are result-oriented, and adhere to strict ethical practices. Sandhills Therapy Solutions is also very experienced with a variety of health insurances including Tricare, Medicaid, BlueCross BlueShield, and most other major commercial insurances. Bilingual (Spanish) services are available.
