😮‍💨 40 Cal OREO Protein Cheesecake Frosting

📍 The Fruity Pebble version of this recipe went crazy viral so here’s the much requested OREO flavor! A 2 minute high protein dessert meal prep recipe to keep you on track!

✅ Macros per 2 tbsp (32g):
40 Cals, 4g Carbs, 0.25g Fat, 5g Protein

✳️ Ingredients (makes 16 servings):
220g Fat Free Cream Cheese
227g Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt
60g Vanilla Whey/Casein Blend Protein Powder
8g Sugar Free/Fat Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix
10g Zero Cal Sweetener
6 OREO Thins

❇️ Directions:
1️⃣ Add all your ingredients into a blender.
2️⃣ Blend till smooth.
3️⃣ Crush your OREO Thins into smaller pieces
4️⃣ Mix those in the frosting.
5️⃣ Add to jars and add to fridge overnight.

🌋 46g Protein PB Cup Lava Cake 🔥

✅ Ingredients:
1 scoop chocolate whey casein blend (30g) -
3 tbsp sugar-free brownie mix (30g)
2 tbsp powdered peanut butter (15g)
1 tbsp zero calorie sweetener
1 tbsp cocoa powder (5g)
1/4 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 egg
1 tbsp light melted butter (15g)
1/4 cup skim milk (60ml)
1 tbsp sugar-free chocolate syrup (15ml)
1 crushed mini protein peanut butter cup (8g)

➡️ Add ingredients to bowl and mix. Bake 350°F for 20 mins (177°C) or until it hits internal temperature of 165°F or 74°C. Let cool on counter for 10 mins and then add your toppings.

💪 Macros for entire recipe: 460 calories, 18g fat, 43g carbs, 46g protein. *calories are incorrect on the screen!*
