I feel really inspired to make classic drinks really well. By really well, I mean something that your body loves too.
This is me turning a strong infusion of herbs that support your gut into a ginger ale!
🫚Ginger helps to relieve any bloating or discomfort. It supports your digestive fire and drives other herbs deeper into the body.
🌻Chamomile is unique in how it works on the axis where the gut and nervous system meet. It warms and relaxes the nerves in the G.I to support digestion.
🌼Calendulas bright orange flowers contain tannins that help to tonify the gut lining and strengthen its structure. It moves any stagnant water that may be putting your fire out.
🌿Marshmallow contains inulin which is a natural prebiotic. It soothes any excess heat and hydrates the cells to better assimilate nutrients and eliminate waste.
I make this infusion into a syrup and top it with bubbles and lime!
