Some souls are written into our story long before we meet them.

Soul contracts are sacred agreements~threads woven through time~that guide people and experiences into our lives at exactly the right moment. Before our beloved arrives, there is often deep soul work to be done… heartbreak that cracks us open, shadow work that asks us to face ourselves, and cycles that repeat until we are ready to shift, heal, and rise.

And then… something changes.

When they enter our life, there is a knowing. A recognition beyond logic. A quiet whisper from Spirit that says, this is the one your soul remembers.

But meeting your soulmate doesn’t mean the work is over~our evolution never ends in this human experience. It means we’ve aligned with someone who walks beside us… someone we grow with, heal with, and expand with. A mirror, a partner, a sacred companion on the journey.

Today, I celebrate the birth of my husband~my soulmate, my best friend. 🤍
I am deeply grateful for the path that led me to him, for every lesson that prepared my heart, and for the way we hold space for each other’s truth, growth, and becoming.

Awakening often doesn’t look the way we expect…
It can feel like everything is falling away.

It’s an intense process of shedding~peeling back layers, unlearning patterns, and releasing what no longer aligns.

As the layers dissolve, your vision becomes clearer. You begin to see life through an entirely new lens~especially your relationship with yourself and others.

You may no longer resonate with people you once felt deeply connected to… even family or lifelong friends. This isn’t loss~it’s alignment. Your soul is calling you to live authentically, beyond the conditioning of your environment, the roles you’ve played, and the expectations you’ve carried.

The fear of the unknown, of change, or of being alone can slow this process. It may take months… even years… to fully unravel. Some choose solitude and discover that being alone doesn’t have to mean being lonely~it can be sacred, healing, and deeply empowering.

Soul work is not a destination~it is a lifelong journey, one that transcends lifetimes. We are here to remember who we truly are, to live in truth, and to embody the essence of our soul.

Your Life is now.

You are not your past. You are not your traumas. You are not your illnesses. You are not your mistakes. You are not what other people have told you that you are. You do not need to own any labels, medical or not. Neither do you need to wear them on your sleeve. You are your own unique soul, as different as every fingerprint with its own beauty, flaws and gifts.

Find that place within yourself that is uniquely you. Find what inspires that place deep within your soul, what ignites it. Remove the labels society has placed upon it. Honor it, nourish it, witness it with love and compassion. Dance with it, sing with it. This is your life, now. Live it authentically. You are spirit living in a human form. ✨Presence. 🙏🏼

Not every soul helper arrives wrapped in love and ease.
Some come as mirrors, some as catalysts, and some as lessons we never would have chosen~but needed all the same.

At times, they are the kind, honest, and supportive connections that remind us what alignment feels like. Other times, they show up as relationships that challenge us deeply~an ex who pushed us to finally ask, why am I attracting this? A connection that broke us open, only to guide us back to ourselves. Or even someone whose greatest gift wasn’t the relationship itself, but what was created through it… a child, a turning point, a new path.

There may be moments of betrayal, disappointment, or hurt from a friend, partner, or colleague. And while that pain is real, if you are committed to your soul work, you begin to gently ask:
What is this here to teach me?
Where is this guiding me to grow?

Soul work invites us to take responsibility~not blame, but awareness. To look within at both our light and our shadow. To explore what we may have co-created consciously or unconsciously, and to understand how our past wounds can shape our present reactions.

Sometimes what triggers us has very little to do with the moment in front of us, and everything to do with something unresolved beneath the surface. Old wounds can rise unexpectedly, asking to be seen, felt, and healed. And in those moments, we are given a powerful opportunity~to respond differently, to choose differently, to heal.

This is the deeper work.
This is how we grow.
This is the path back to alignment.

Every soul helper, no matter how they arrive, carries a gift.

There are moments when the Universe speaks in the softest, most unexpected ways… and tonight, it spoke through the soles of my feet 💗

After two full days of beautiful readings at local psychic fairs~connecting with loved ones in spirit through mediumship… spouses, parents, children, even beloved pets… and offering intuitive tarot guidance for those seeking clarity~I came home feeling full, yet quietly processing all that had moved through me.

When I finally sat down and put my feet up, my husband smiled and said,
“You brought home pink heart stickers on the sole of your shoe.”

And in that moment… I felt it.

A quiet, undeniable validation.

Not just coincidence… but a reflection of the energy that surrounded these past two days. The love shared between souls here and beyond. The openness of those who trusted me with their hearts. The presence of spirit stepping forward to bring comfort, healing, and connection.

It felt like a little wink from the Universe…
A reminder that love leaves an imprint.
That what we give, we carry.
That spirit is always near.

✨ Honoring the Sacred Power of Women ✨

On this International Women’s Day, I pause to honor the strength, intuition, resilience, and deep wisdom carried within women everywhere.

Women are creators, healers, leaders, nurturers, visionaries, and soul-guides. Within each woman lives an ancient knowing ~ a quiet but powerful voice that remembers who she truly is beyond expectations, roles, and limitations.

My work through Mystical Soul Work has given me the profound gift of witnessing women reclaim that voice. I have watched women rise from grief, rediscover their worth, heal old wounds, and awaken to the truth that their soul was never meant to live small.

To every woman walking a path of healing, awakening, and transformation ~ I see you. Your courage to do the inner work not only changes your life, it ripples outward to your families, your communities, and the world.

There are places that hold energy long after we leave them. ✨

This little office in Downtown Ferndale was one of those sacred spaces for me.

It was here that I sat with so many beautiful souls in one-on-one sessions of coaching, card readings and crystal chakra energy clearing. It was here that we gathered, squeezing together in this small room for Shamanic Circles and Women’s Circles, sharing stories, healing, tears, laughter, and transformation. So much love moved through this space, and it became the birthplace of friendships that still exist today.

The building itself held such wonderful energy, filled with kind neighbors and little rituals ~ like walking across the street to Red Hook Coffee for a warm cup of joe and a quiet moment between sessions.

Many of the pieces that filled the room found their way to me through beautiful synchronicities, including the goddess art I discovered at We Buy It And Sell IT, one of my favorite Michigan treasure spots.

What makes this space even more meaningful is that I wasn’t even looking for it.

Shortly after my mother crossed into spirit, I felt guided here. The signs were unmistakable… one after another, gently but persistently pointing me toward this little room. I didn’t look at any other places. I simply trusted the guidance and signed the lease.

Looking back, I can see that this space was meant to exist exactly as it did ~ a small portal for healing, connection, awakening, and soul remembrance.

In the years since, my work has expanded beyond these walls. For the past few years I have worked almost entirely virtually, connecting with beautiful souls from all over the world. Yet the intention remains the same as it was in that little Ferndale office.

To hold space.
To listen to spirit.
To help others remember who they truly are. To bring guidance and comfort to others.

That little office took me from backyard gatherings to professional sessions and became a doorway to the work I now share with the world.

Some spaces are temporary in the physical world…
but the energy created within them lives on forever. 🤍
