Earlier this week, I was sitting in my living room doing some work on my phone and I kept hearing a persistent chirping (even though the windows were closed). I looked up and it seemed this cardinal was trying to get my attention as it was looking inside not outward. We spoke for awhile before I filmed this and I felt a strong presence of my mother’s love.❤️ I often see Robins and Cardinals as messengers from her.

Healing and spiritual growth are rarely a straight line. They move in cycles, spirals, and seasons. We often return to old wounds, familiar patterns, or lessons we thought we had already mastered~not because we failed, but because we are ready to understand them from a deeper level of awareness.

Each time life brings us back around, we are invited to see with wiser eyes and a softer heart. What once triggered us may now teach us. What once broke us may now reveal our strength.

True growth asks us to loosen the armor we built to survive. The walls, masks, and protective layers may have once served a purpose, but they can also block love, connection, and truth. When we allow ourselves to be vulnerable, we create space for healing to enter.

Vulnerability is not weakness~it is courage. It is the willingness to be seen, to feel deeply, and to trust the unfolding of your soul’s journey.

The spiral path is sacred. Each return brings more wisdom, more compassion, and more freedom.

This red feather appeared in my office. Nothing in the room would have a red feather. I immediately sensed it was a sign from my mother in heaven who had red hair and had a nickname of Red.

I was gifted these beautiful drums. The djembe is legally harvested mahogany. I’m not certain of the other drums wood and skin (possibly horse) but I felt an immediate connection to it at first glance. So much so that I became very emotional. This will make a wonderful ceremonial drum. Its sound is different than any drum I own. There is a depth, a calling to the wild, a sound that honors all beings. It aligns with a guide I’ve been working with and I’m sure that’s no coincidence. They got a little fresh air and sun and I will oil the frame drum. 11:11 😇The Angels were speaking to me on the way to a friends store. I had been intending to stop there for a month. When I looked on my maps, I noticed I would arrive in 11 minutes at 1:11. The angels were with me for a message.

When I arrived, a relative of hers shared a diagnosis with me. This was the reason. Divine intervention often brings us to people, places and things.

That evening, when we went out, 111 is the spot my husband parked in. The angels, our guides and loved ones are always with us. It’s beautiful when we are able to notice and receive messages. 🙏🏼

Some souls are written into our story long before we meet them.

Soul contracts are sacred agreements~threads woven through time~that guide people and experiences into our lives at exactly the right moment. Before our beloved arrives, there is often deep soul work to be done… heartbreak that cracks us open, shadow work that asks us to face ourselves, and cycles that repeat until we are ready to shift, heal, and rise.

And then… something changes.

When they enter our life, there is a knowing. A recognition beyond logic. A quiet whisper from Spirit that says, this is the one your soul remembers.

But meeting your soulmate doesn’t mean the work is over~our evolution never ends in this human experience. It means we’ve aligned with someone who walks beside us… someone we grow with, heal with, and expand with. A mirror, a partner, a sacred companion on the journey.

Today, I celebrate the birth of my husband~my soulmate, my best friend. 🤍
I am deeply grateful for the path that led me to him, for every lesson that prepared my heart, and for the way we hold space for each other’s truth, growth, and becoming.
