I've been meaning to make a Yoga Mat Spray for a while now but you know ....life happens.

A couple of weeks ago, while sanitizing my chairs for 5NP I realized.... I can make a spray for this which will be less work for me and less waste for the earth!! 💡

Help ya girl out!!
I've been working on new bath salts and I need some feedback. This recipe was passed down to me from The H**p Mill and it's straight 🔥. Absolutely amazing for pain and relaxation.

The issue that I'm having is with ease of use and aesthetic. The picture shows 2 jars of the exact same bath salts. The first has not been ground and I find it far prettier than the second jar of ground salts. I, however, tend to be extra when I dose my baths and I do not like herbs floating around all loosey goosey.
My question for you is.... Would you prefer unground salts with a muslin bag for ease or would you prefer ground salts so that it's a non issue?!?! Inquiring minds wanna know!

I hesitate to call a few low energy months seasonal depression. I do, however, fully accept and respect the Wintering stage that I go through from about December to February. When light and energy are scarce, the lack of productivity try to allow the lesser than thoughts to sneak in, and I regularly ask myself "why am I so tired?"
I'm grateful to be coming back into the seasons of sunshine and serotonin 🌞🫶❄️

Unfortunately, the Essig Center is closed today so we will NOT be having Community 5NP.
Worry not daylight drivers, we have scheduled a special afternoon session for y'all on Thursday at 3:30!

This Thursday, February 19, we will have a 3:30 and a 5:30 session. The 3:30 session will not be listed on the website but you can register at the desk upon arrival.
