Yesterday, it was popular to quote and honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Classrooms, businesses, and individuals across America will once more quote the “comfortable” message and teachings of Dr. King in February. The remainder of the year is far less comfortable to speak truth to his sacrifice and efforts. Step into the discomfort; Embrace the challenge; Fulfill the dream. 🙅🏽‍♂️🖤✊🏽💛🙅🏽‍♂️

What can I say about my time spent down at ??! Wow, what a treat to have spent time with the students and faculty of the Health and Human Performance department, and being given the opportunity to share what I’m passionate about with so many young, beautiful souls. Thank you for being courageous and introducing the students to me and my particular brand of mindfulness. Special, special S/O to the students. You guys REALLY showed up. I loved the diversity in the room, the athletes in the room, and all the young men who represented hard for more masculinity in the yoga space. And as someone who went but did not graduate from college, you all inspired me with your dedication. May your futures be as bright as your present. Remember to pause, remember to breathe. You got this 🙏🏽. It was a phenomenal two days.

All of our squad leaders (better know as The F***X at the Front) are well versed in music and incorporate it into our philosophy and instruction. What’s good world? I’d like to take a quick moment to introduce myself to the folks still following. I am and I created out of a desire to cut through the spiritual bypassings and bu****it judgements within the wellness industry. If you don’t notice them, you might be one of the folks perpetuating it! 😳 I dreamed of a diverse community, dialogue, and approach to wellness; understanding that wellness is relative. A squad of folks that can take what works for them and leave what doesn’t without being made to feel ostracized or inferior by those telling us to find “OUR” truth. A team that can disagree and still love one another. A collective of people finding our individual freedom, together. A gang of muhf**kin F***X!!!
