We ❤️ BunBun! Our favorite therapy bunny hopped over to the Nursing Department this week to spread some extra comfort, calm, and cuddles. 🐰✨
We are so grateful for opportunities like this that support student mental health and wellness across campus. Thank you, Dr. Schroeder, for sharing BunBun’s snuggles and helping brighten the day for our future nurses. 💛🧡

Oiler Nation is always better with a little hop-iness! 🐾💚

Today we welcomed the Shriners Children’s team to campus for our Pediatric Healthcare Series event, “The Burn Spectrum: Healing Through Teamwork.”

Former patient Casey Zechman shared his inspiring story, and experts from Shriner's Hospital at Dayton Children’s Hospital — Lori Boerger, MSW, LSW, CM; Amanda Fields, MSN, RN; and Kim Perkins, PT, DPT, CBIS — spoke about burn care, recovery, and the power of teamwork in healthcare.

Students from UF, Owens CC, and Rhodes State in PTA, DPT, and Social Work programs joined us to learn and collaborate.

A huge thank-you to our speakers — and to the local Shriners who attended and supported the event. We appreciate you! 🙌🧡
