We’re excited to welcome Emma Gause to the team at myVoice Speech Therapy!

Here’s a little about Emma, in her own words:

“Hi! I’m Emma Gause, a soon-to-be graduate in Speech-Language Pathology. I’m especially passionate about AAC and helping individuals find meaningful ways to communicate, no matter their level of need. During my clinical experiences, I’ve enjoyed working with both school-age students and individuals with complex communication needs, and I’m excited to keep growing in that area at myVoice.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, spending time with friends, exploring new coffee shops, and spending time with animals whenever I can. I chose speech therapy because I love the blend of empathy, creativity, and human connection it offers, and I feel grateful to be entering a field where communication can truly change someone’s quality of life.”

I am honored to receive the Community Impact Award from the Wood County Board of Developmental Disabilities.

What makes this even more meaningful is being nominated by both staff at the Board of DD and families I have the opportunity to work with. That truly means a lot to me.

In just a year and a half, I’m really proud of the impact that my small clinic has made so far. At the same time, none of this would have been possible without the collaboration and support of so many incredible professionals in our area.

Carly and Sarah from the Wood County Board of Developmental Disabilities have been instrumental in helping me advocate and provide resources to individuals and families across Northwest Ohio. I’m incredibly grateful for the partnerships that make this work possible.

I’m excited to keep growing, keep learning, and continue serving this community in the best ways I can. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey!!

Our TD Pilot is now sleeker, easier to use and more reliable than ever.

The updated TD Pilot device will feature, amongst other improvements:
