A quick roadtrip to Nashville for the first concert of the year - !

introduced them to me about 9 months ago. I really enjoy their vibe, and who doesn’t love a good love song or 20?! 😍

Our roadtrip was packed with snacks, music, great chats, big laughs, and of course a stop at ! That brisket sandwich is 🔥🔥 and those candied pecans and cashews are a must!

After watching the season finale of The Pitt (at the cutest AirBNB), we hit up Broadway!

The trip was short, but a great time! I highly recommend giving LANY a listen and going on a quick little getaway with your bestie! They both do the soul some good! 💕

Sleep isn’t lazy—it’s repair mode. Your hormones, recovery, metabolism, and mood all depend on it. Aim for 7–9 hours and protect it like your goals depend on it… because they do.
2. Strength + Movement 💪
You don’t need to do everything, but you do need to do something. Lift, walk, stretch—consistency beats intensity every time.
3. Balanced Nutrition 🥗
Focus on whole foods, protein, fiber, and hydration. You don’t need perfection—just better choices, more often.
4. Stress Management 🧠
Chronic stress will undo even the best workout and diet. Get outside, breathe, pray, journal—find what calms your mind.
5. Daily Routine 🔁
Your habits create your results. A simple, consistent routine keeps you grounded and moving forward—even on hard days.

You don’t need to overhaul your entire life to get results. You just need to start.

So many people get stuck waiting for the “perfect” plan — the perfect diet, the perfect schedule, the perfect motivation. But the truth? Progress doesn’t come from perfection. It comes from consistency.

Starting small is powerful.

✔️ It’s choosing a walk instead of doing nothing.
✔️ It’s adding a serving of protein instead of restricting everything.
✔️ It’s drinking more water, getting to bed a little earlier, moving your body for 20 minutes instead of skipping it altogether.

Small steps build momentum. Momentum builds habits. And habits create lasting change.

Rest isn’t lazy. It’s where the results actually happen.

You don’t get stronger during the workout—you get stronger when your body RECOVERS from it. If you’re constantly tired, sore, moody, or stuck… it’s not a sign to push harder. It’s a sign to recover better.

Sleep. Hydrate. Take rest days. Slow down when your body asks for it.

Because burnout doesn’t build strength—balance does.

Your body can only perform at the level it’s allowed to recover.

So if you want more energy, better results, and a body that actually feels good…start respecting rest just as much as you respect the grind.

Fresh air, natural light, and a change of scenery do more than just feel good—they reset your mind, boost your mood, and reconnect you with yourself. In a world where we’re constantly plugged in, getting outside is one of the simplest ways to slow down and recharge.

Even just 10–15 minutes can:
☀️ Improve your mood
🌿 Reduce stress
🚶‍♀️ Increase energy
🧠 Clear your mind

HRT has been a lifesaver - especially in the sleep department! I’m truly starting to feel like myself again. No more sleepless nights and no more racing mind at 2am. If I wake up, I fall back asleep. It’s a truly beautiful thing!

Have you ever had one of those soul filling days with a great friend you haven’t seen in awhile?

One of those meet ups where you talk about anything and everything - past, present, and future - with no judgement? No time limit? No cares?

I had one of those days today! We had a car date (IYKYK 😁) and then soaked up some sun on a nice long walk. I’m pretty sure we could have easily talked for a couple more hours.
