I’ve taken a long break away from social media as I’ve been doing some deep personal development work.
I am rebranding The Divine You by starting from scratch & taking an intuitive approach to marketing & advertising.
I am a certified & licensed holistic practitioner, yoga instructor & massage therapist. I live and work out of Flagstaff, AZ where I have a space to offer my work, I also offer online services.
Offering 1:1 personal holistic wellness coaching programs, 1:1 & group yoga classes, natural herbal products & massage/body work.
My ideal client is a woman who is on a path of growth, mentally, physically & spiritually, but doesn’t quite know where to start - needing a source of guidance to achieve their goals. A woman who is ready to invest in their self now, dive deep into self development practices, yearning to connect deeper with her intuition and ready to make bold changes that can catapult your journey to self expansion & great health.
I focus on resetting the body through holistic detox - mind, body, spirit & environment. Helping you clear out what is not working, making space for the things that serve your highest good.
Leaving my clients with a deeper inner trust that you’re inherently able to become your own best healer. Learning how to look inwards to find answers rather than reaching for everything outside of ourselves. Bringing yourself back home to yourself ✨
