Have you heard Aspen added another healer? We'd like to introduce to you Rachel Malinowski, LMT who is bringing massage therapy to our center!
Rachel is a Licensed Massage Therapist practicing a wide variety of massage techniques including deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point release, breath work, and active isolated stretching. As a Certified Yoga Teacher, she uses movement to discover pain points in the body and help integrate balance. As part of the team at Aspen, she approaches her practice with compassion, listening, and intuition while striving to be a partner in each patient's quest for healing.
