Join the Vocational Independence Program team as a Part-Time Employment Specialist.

At V.I.P., we’re all about empowering individuals with disabilities through meaningful employment, skill-building, and community connection—and this role plays a huge part in making that happen.

As an Employment Specialist, you’ll:
• Support individuals in finding and maintaining jobs
• Help match skills and interests to meaningful opportunities
• Build relationships with local employers and community partners
• Provide training and guidance to help clients reach their goals

📍 Location: Flint, MI
⏰ Part-Time (25 hours/week)
💵 Pay: $17.13/hour

We’re looking for someone flexible, compassionate, and ready to make a real impact in our community.

But barriers still exist. The unemployment rate for individuals with disabilities remains significantly higher, not because of lack of ability, but lack of access and opportunity.

The truth? Inclusive workplaces are stronger workplaces. Driven by resilience, creativity, and diverse perspectives.
