This is the place that I first felt what home meant for my soul—
Where sacredness is just normal life.
Where nourishing your body with fresh, organic foods is accessible to everyone.
Where the warmth of the people radiates even brighter than the sunshine.
Where children and elders are cared for deeply.
Where being of service to your community isn’t even a thought, it’s just the way we honor the divine in all life.
Where the truth that has always lived deep in my belly is real and tangible all around me.
Kindness lives here.
We can learn so much by looking outside of our own versions of normal and looking back at the wisdom the ancient ones shared with us for the healing of humanity.

I honor the ones who came before me.
I honor the ones still carrying the wisdom.
I honor myself for having the courage to walk this path of service.

Excited to host the unique workshop “The Twerkshop” at Dark Feminine Dance Party 💫

Hosted by Hive Holistic Center, the event invites us to engage with the “dark” parts of ourselves we are told to shroud in obscurity. 🖤

Grief, rage, sexiness, and love existing at the same time in the same space allows us to connect with our multiplicity. We are ABUNDANT. 🌬️

Twerking is often deemed to be extremely unacceptable and inappropriate, when it’s exciting, stimulating, and healthy for people to shake their bodies with rhythm. 🥁

Dancing is a sacred art that connects us all, and doing so with the intent of healing as a community is the central theme around any dance-based offering we share. This includes the art of twerking. ✨
