We’ve loved being able to welcome you into our studios at our founding rates, which we’ve held onto for as long as possible. In order to continue offering robust programming and supporting our incredible teachers, our prices will be increasing on October 15th.

Big 👏👏👏 to our retreat assistants: Shannon for Sicily and Craig for Ireland. These two didn’t just support—they elevated every moment, bringing inspiration, support and care to our groups

Both are senior teachers, graduates from our 300hr Yoga Therapy training, and brilliant instructors with their own powerful perspectives on the practice. We truly believe in “always a student” so it’s exciting to see folks not just train as teachers and yoga therapists, but expand after training into being faculty for our teaching school, and assisting retreats around the world. Proof that the journey doesn’t end at graduation: the evolution (and the adventure) just keeps rolling, and we’re psyched to be able to offer these opps to our grads

Here’s to lifelong learning, wild growth, and the best team around. We couldn’t have done it without you both!
