French toast… but make it protein-packed, cozy, and blood sugar–friendly.

Why You’ll Love It:
✅Warm, cinnamon-y comfort without the crash
✅Extra protein for energy and satiety
✅Perfect for slow mornings or meal prep

Ingredients (Serves 2):
✔️4 slices whole-grain or sprouted bread
✔️2 large eggs
✔️½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
✔️1 scoop vanilla protein powder
✔️1 tsp ground cinnamon
✔️1 tsp vanilla extract
✔️½ cup plain Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for dairy-free)
✔️Optional toppings: fresh berries, drizzle of almond butter, sprinkle of cinnamon

Instruction:
1️⃣In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, protein powder, cinnamon, and vanilla until smooth.
2️⃣Dip bread slices into the mixture, coating both sides well.
3️⃣Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook each slice 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
4️⃣Serve warm, topped with a dollop of Greek yogurt and your favorite toppings.

💡Pro Tip: Make extra and store in the fridge for up to 3 days - just pop a slice in a skillet to reheat for a quick, healthy breakfast.
