Ingredients
✔️¾ cup Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for dairy-free option)
✔️½ scoop vanilla protein powder
✔️½ cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen + thawed)
✔️1 tbsp chia seeds (fiber + omega-3s)
✔️1 tbsp chopped walnuts or almonds (heart-healthy fats)
✔️1 tbsp h**p seeds (complete protein!)
