We had a great time this week with all of our free classes! we had an inversions class with I-Jah on Thursday and a French yoga flow taught by our very own FSU French professor Dr. Virginia Osborn. We still have two free classes left with a Sunday morning flow with Andrew and an evening one taught by Leila. If you want to sign-up for a class download the BFF app with the link in our bio!
