I find myself at a crossroad. Do I follow my heart or follow the trends. I am doing the inferno pilates training at the end of February. Do I replace my yoga class that seems to be slowing down? Do I teach both? Do I have time to teach both? I actually do both and love both. But at the day I am a yogi. I also believe that if you don’t keep up with the trends you get left behind… just like in the tattoo industry l.

In 2026 I hand the reins over to the OG
Mike saw an opening at .0 for early risers to get their yoga flows in on Saturday mornings. He started something great and needed it covered while he was up North. I was asked if I wanted it…but I was hesitant because I travel a lot on the weekends to tattoo at conventions. I am glad I took the spot and I very thankful for all the teachers who covered it during my travels.
Many people tell me they have a hard time making my Tuesday 9am class… so here is your final chances for a Saturday flow with me.
I look forward to taking Mike’s classes and hearing him play the harmonium.
