I realize it’s been a while since I properly introduced myself. I’m Allie, a holistic healing practitioner dedicated to bridging the gap between the mind, body, and soul.
​My journey started in Psychology, but my practice has expanded to include Integrative Life Coaching, Hypnotherapy, QHHT® Past Life Regression, and Astrology.
​Why so many modalities? Because I believe true transformation isn't one-dimensional. Beneath the surface, we are an energetic system shaped by our emotions, beliefs, and lived experiences. When one part of us is out of alignment, it ripples into everything else.
