Revive Bodyworks is all about ensuring each client that walks though the door will receive top level of care and sessions tailored to your needs. The name stems from the ability to help individuals to feel their best and a sense of "revive" after a session. As a newly licensed Massage Therapist ( LA9753), it has always been my passion to encourage those around me to make the best possible choices for a prolonged life of good health and longevity. In 2018, moving from my home country of Canada to the United States, I became an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and continue to work with clients of all ages. I as well have experience in both acute and out patient physical therapy in my years of being a tech. I offer both personal training and massage services, not limited to Swedish, deep tissue, sports, cupping and more.

✨ New Women’s Strength & Movement Class (Ages 50+) ✨

I’m excited to announce I’m launching a small group strength & movement class for women ages 50 and up who want to feel stronger, more confident, and more capable in their bodies — without the pressure of a gym.

This class is for you if:
• You’re new to exercise or returning after time away
• You want to build strength, balance, and mobility safely
• You’ve felt intimidated by gyms or group fitness classes
• You want guidance, encouragement, and a supportive environment

💪 Class Details
• Small group (only 4 women)
• 1-hour session
• Focus on strength, mobility, stability & confidence
• Beginner-friendly and thoughtfully coached
• $50 per class
• No memberships. No long-term commitment.

This is not a “no pain, no gain” class.
It’s intentional movement designed to help you feel stronger in daily life.

The time has come to announce that my business will be moving from downtown Covington to the quaint quarters of Madisonville. While I will miss my current studio, new opportunities have led me to this next chapter. I am still operating at my Covington location for now, so I encourage you to book before we transition (pending final construction) at some point in October!
