I believe we are a spiritual being living in a physical body-not the other way around; and that we have the right to healthy, joyful and abundant lives because we all come from divine spirit, which is perfect. I believe that we create many of our so-called illness in our body. The body, like everything else in life, is a mirror of our inner thoughts and beliefs. The body is always talking to us, if we will only take the time to listen. Every cell within your body responds to every single thought you think or word you speak. The power of your attention alone would set you free in no time if you would only hold it where it belongs, instead of accepting the appearances of imperfection and limitation. You cannot know a thing without placing your attention upon it. What your attention is on, you become! Biofeedback System
The LIFE System utilizes basic principles of energetic management, from ancient Chinese traditions, to the emerging field of Quantum Dynamics. Eric and I went to his 2nd cousin’s pool party and birthday party on Sunday afternoon, 🍰⛱️💦 It was smoking hot, but we did have a nice time catching up with lots of family. 🥵🍔👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Kicked off the week with our Monday workout and walk!🏋️🌳🚶‍♀️Nothing better than moving our bodies and getting fresh air to start the week right! 🙌

Whew! ☀️🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️ Eric and I biked 12 miles yesterday with my sister and her hubby—in full sun and 99 degrees! 🥵 A mid-ride Starbucks break definitely saved us. 🧋☕ It was super hot, but always fun to get some exercise and hang out with family!

We had a tough but awesome workout this morning! 💪🔥 Everyone crushed it — except for me and my photography abilities. Clearly I need a little more practice behind the camera! 😂📸

🥏⛳️ After a good workout session, we switched it up a little bit today with a fun disc golf practice session in the grass. Afterwards, we hit the Jonny Cash trail to round out our workout with a mile and a half walk.

I love starting our week out with friends, exercise, and laughs!🏋️

Eric and I had a fun day at the lake with our workout friends!🏄🏻‍♂️ Even though our kayak plans got sunk (literally—our fin fell off! 😂), we still had a blast hanging out with friends, playing co****le, and enjoying a picnic lunch by the water. 🧺🌳🌊 So grateful for this fun and active fitness group—definitely one of the best!
