When you say โ€œnoโ€, you make more room for the things you really care about.

The next time youโ€™re asked to do something, check in with yourself About whether the request the lines with your current values and priorities. If it doesnโ€™t, decline with kindness. You might be surprised at how freeing it is to say โ€œnoโ€.
