Registration for the HFG 2026 Spring Girl's Lacrosse Season is open!

HFG Lacrosse is committed to creating a fun, positive environment for girls to learn the exciting and growing game of girl's lacrosse. We take pride knowing that the girls are learning skills that will help them both on and off the field. They will gain mental, physical and social skills such as teamwork, communication, confidence, leadership, and conditioning to name a few.

HFG welcomes back our continuing players and encourages new players of all ages to give this exciting sport a try!
