If your athlete wants to run faster, move quicker, and play stronger… stretching matters more than you think.
Tight muscles can limit stride length, slow reaction time, and reduce power, even if they’re training hard.
Better mobility = better performance.

Youth athletes should aim for:
✔ 5–10 minutes of dynamic stretching before practices/games
✔ 10–15 minutes of deeper stretching after
✔ Consistent mobility work 4–5+ days per week during the season

When muscles move freely, kids cut sharper, throw harder, recover faster, and stay on the field longer.
