This specialty focuses on hands-on care to treat pain, improve mobility, and support the body’s natural ability to heal - often without medications or surgery.

Entry is free for job seekers, and childcare is available on-site. Bagels and coffee provided as long as supply lasts. Transportation is available through the ConnectingVA app.
